Candler Park Utility Box Mural

What a fun experience getting to create this mural. I loved getting to chat with the neighbors nearby or even the people yelling from their car giving me feedback! If you’ve seen this mural and are reading this now…THANK YOU. I had an incredible amount of artists block with this project that it was hard to simply begin.

My proposal for this design to the City of Atlanta Office of Cultural Affairs was fairly rough like most of my ideas… however, I wanted to create a piece inspired by a few of my creative influences. Frida Kahlo & architect, designer & painter—Charles Rennie Mackinstosh.
